Little Lefroy’s is the type of place you want to stumble upon, because it’s that good!

Little Lefroy’s is located in the heart of South Fremantle, on the corner of South Terrace and Little Lefroy Lane. It is run by a couple of self-confessed foodies who have travelled the world sampling its delicacies. This vibrant diversity shines through in Little Lefroy’s menu. Breakfast is a culinary journey – White Anchovy Toast or Balsamic Strawberry Waffles perhaps or maybe the Shakshuka tickles your fancy, if none of that appeals there is always the Truffle Spiked Oyster Mushrooms. This place seriously rocks!

We arrived for breakfast on a beautiful sunny saturday, there were five of us (plus a furbaby) which can sometimes make it difficult to find a table. Not at Little Lefroy’s the staff were fantastic and more than happy to create a table outside for us. We ordered some quick fire coffees – I strongly recommend their chilled offerings, the iced long black was  delightfully strong but without bitterness (I ended up having two…oppps!)

After our round of coffees, we settled down to business…. what to eat… what to eat! After much silence at the table we were surprisingly similar with our requests – 2 x Balsamic Strawberry Waffles, 2 x Corn Breads with Belly Bacon and Duck Egg and 1 x Little Breakfast .

When the meals arrived at the table we were all excited to taste our choices. There were no complaints only noises of contentment and satisfaction.  Sometimes you don’t need to ask how the meals tasted, you can tell by the state of the plates! All were licked clean.. except for mine – the Little Breakfast was not so little!! It was however for the benefit of the puppy, who got half a sausage for his troubles!!

The staff at Little Lefroy’s were fantastic, doting over our finished plates and re-offering coffee when cups were empty. It was a fantastic breakfast and one I will definitely be putting on the list to try for dinner!!

Little Lefroy’s is open for breakfast Monday – Wednesday | 7am – 3pm; Thursday – Saturday | 7am – late; and Sunday | 7am – 1pm.

A new trail favourite!
